Could a stuck stone cause a stroke?

After much thought and many medical tests, it was determined that I had a 2nd stroke that apparently occured last winter. The doctors are searching for a reason or tramatic event that can explain why I had it. As my blood pressure and blood Sugar were perfectly normal at that time.
The only tramatic event I know of was my first galllstone attack. I had eaten 2 pouunds of lasagna for lunch and about 3 hours later the pain started and I was in pain for 8 hours. It was shortly after this that I noticed the numbness in my right ear which led to the diagnosis of my 2nd stroke.
I can only conclude that the gallstone attack caused the stroke.
So if this is the case, I could be risking my life if another stone got stuck during a flush.
Or am I just being paranoid?
