Maybe you are not feeling internally stimulated because you are not consciously thinking of "being stimulated". You said you feel ready for sex when you first wake up--dreaming of something that turns you on, subconsiously? I can relate, I don't like the vibrator stuff either, too fake (I want the real deal), but something I do is picture myself being lustily "pursued"--he wants me so bad and I hold out while he touches, etc...do you ever zip around on the net for images that are NOT p 0 r n but are very provocative?
