Salt water flush: 2 level teaspoons (not tablespoons) of Sea Salt (not regular table salt - Very Important!) in 1 quart (32 oz) of warm filtered water. At that concentration it should match the fluids in your body keeping it in the digestive track and not absorbed to be flushed out via the kidneys.
Stand and chug as much down as possible, walk around a bit, chug some more. Try to finish the whole thing in less than 30 minutes, preferably sooner. Try not to drink anything else for about an hour so as not to dilute the saline solutiuon as it pushes it's way through your system.
It's like drinking ocean water, not exactly pleasant, but it does flush out the system. It can also be dehydrating and combined with the very dehydrating action of the Epsom Salt drink it can really pull the fluids out of you. Plan on drinking a LOT more filtered water than usual just to compensate.
