Re: Salt water flush

I normally Wouldn't do both. On a Liver Flush day, I stick to the Epsom Salts which have a different physical reaction, but still cleans out my system. Epsom Salts just won't "push" anything like mucloid plaque out with them, they seem to go through anything in the way instead.

The salt water flush I normally do when colon cleansing IF I didn't have 2 good bowel movements the day before. Although I adore herbs and herb teas, I dislike the cramps that Smooth Move and similar teas cause and prefer the salt water flush, but only when needed.

And I've discovered through trial and error that taking the Epsom Salts the next morning of a Liver Flush really DO help to get the stones out. I've even had to use one extra dose today to finally get the goods.
