Cleansing in hot weather. Better than in cold?
I did this cleanse twice during the winter, but now lemons are on sale and I found #3 maple syrup at the health food store for $16/liter (that's cheap here), and it's mighty tempting to get going on a cleanse again now. I don't have much appetite in the hot weather anyway.
I'm wondering how others are faring while doing the cleanse in hot weather. Has anyone done one in cold weather and also in hot weather, to have a comparison as to how they went?
I imagine it'd be easier to make oneself drink lots of water in hot weather, huh? But I wonder if it'd make you feel weak, from the heat? (It's 36 degrees Celcius here these day -- that's about 102 F.) I'd like to hear opinions and comparisons!
Thanks,
Squirrel

"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (Matthew 7:13-14)
