I have not done a cleanse in cool weather, but I feel that this might be easier for some. The cayenne pepper (espically the 100,000 H.U.) makes me so hot! At times, I do feel weak in the heat (it's that hot where I live, too) but not often. I have a class outdoors in the pool from 12 to 2 and I don't get worn out or too hot at all. Plus, I think that the heat is good - it helps you release toxins via sweat.
