I lost 9 lbs. in 7 days, and after 3 days of eating I gained 7 lbs. back but my measurements were smaller. It makes sense that when you start eating you're going to weigh more, with all of that food in your system. I guess that one needs to stay on the diet longer to experience extended weight loss. Also, I ate foods that were not exactlry easy to digest, espically when my GI tract needed to learn how to digest food again. Perhaps you've done the same?
