Hey, I am on day two, yes it is tough, but what is 10 days out of your life? It will be over with in a blink of an eye. The 10 days will come whether you do the cleanse or not. Why not be standing at the end of those 10 days having accomplished something.
True. Being proud of yourself for sticking to something. My house smells of the most wonderful food in the world. My mother had me bake for a party she was throwing. It was pure torture. When I opened that oven, it was all I could do to not grab a fork and start chowing down. The food is at her house, however the scent of garlic and basil is still in my house. I am in an absolute torture zone right now. But I am not giving in. Don't you either. Hang tough. Use limes instead of lemons, tastes much better.
