When I was on the BED diet, I was so sick that it was hard to see if it was helping. It's nice to hear you've seen tangible results thru it. I agree, the 80/20 ratio is very hard and I never attained that. The diet also got to be pretty monotonous.
It sounds like the main incentive for sticking with a good diet is the results itself, so thank you for this affirmation as well.
