I'm OK, thinking about flush in a month or later. I incorporated daily practice of nauli and have found some asanas very helpful. It's like I don't have to do many, just right ones. I feel like my absomen is pulled in, but I don't pull it actualy. And of course regular bm's - after making mill with abdominals.
I feel I need all this to get better life and energy to do things and I get it all
