releasing dis-ease & MC
The cleanse are a great first step in clearing any dis-eases from your body. good idea to go on to the other cleanses too. Don't be surprised if your condition gets worse before it gets better. Essential oils are indeed a good approach, but only the highest quality oils- organic, tested, therapeutic grade. I can make you a blend if you like. I only use the the highest quality oils.
Lavender and Melalaleuca alternifolia are good, so are ravensara, peppermint, lemon, oregano, rosemary verbenon, and thyme (essential oils). Nutrition plays a role, and so do emotional issues and stress. There are also oils and supplements that address those issues.
I would take a wholistic approach, and welcome the opportunity to tune into your body and soul and care for yourself.
