I got my grade B syrup at a Vitamin Cottage. Try a health food store or a natural grocery store like Whole Foods. They sell it. It's best because it has more nutrients. As far as the grade C goes, the USDA stopped distinguishing between the B and C a little while ago. Now it's just all B from what I understand. I used grade A for the first two days of my fast and it was fine. It's just a few nutrients you're missing, but the same principle. The salt water is essential, beacause your kidneys MUST be flushed every day. People have seriously hurt themselves fasting when they haven't taken care of this. It takes me a couple of hours when I drink the salt water as well, but it's well worth it. Keep up the good work!
