Happy Birthday and hang in there Pat. Its sucks but you'll get through it. I'm on day 3 and last night I was very ill. Today I feel great. I do this twice a year and I, touch wood, never even get colds. Keep at it. My Mom is a heavy woman and she takes longer losing the weight. If your tongue is still coated....keep going!!
