What's a good price for lemons?

I'm wondering what the price of lemons is in other areas besides here in central BC, Canada. Right now, for example, the local Safeway (which is usually more expensive than the other large grocery stores) has them on sale, 3 for a dollar. I'm wondering if I can fairly expect a lower price someday, or if I should buy them at that price and start another cleanse (it'd be my third cleanse this year, so I'm not in too big of a hurry to get into it).
