Well here I am on the start of day 3. I never thought I would make it this far but I am still not cheating. I held a McDonalds french fry in my hand last night but then went to weigh myself. I have lost 7 pounds in two days and I feel good. I am hungry and slightly weaker but determined to make it to my goal of 12 days. (I know the initial time frame is ten but if I make it that far I figure why not two more days. I have abused my body for a long time so it needs the help).
Does anyone work out while doing the cleanse? Within the last few weeks I have been working out regularly on my lunch break at work. Yesterday was the first time I felt really tired after doing it. I realize that once I get past halfway I may not be able to work because my body does not have the carbs to feed off of. Anybody else experience these symptoms?
