I was going to start my elliptical glider routine today.
As it is I already walk 6 blocks (round trip)two times a day taking my son to and from school.
I normally do 30-45 minutes on the glider a day keeping my heartrate up at the same level the whole time. I will try it today later on after I cut the small front lawn I need to get done.. hehe
I think I'll just go for half the normal time to see how it goes.
I am on day 5.
I have a song rolling around in my head I made up about Master-Cleanse and Poo, thanks to yesterdays posts! LOL thanks all =P
