Yeah I have been working out during the day. I used to work out twice, once at lunch and once at night. But when I get home I am so tired right now that I am in bed by 9:30pm. It's great though because I get up very early. I just started working out a few weeks ago determined to lose the weight I have gained in the last two years. I feel better now then I have in years. Except they were passing out Snickers bars in the office a few hours ago and oh my gosh did I want one.... hmm snickers.... Okay that passed...
