SWF Would Not Stay Down!

I tried doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning; my husband's been doing it for a couple of days. But I got this gagging feeling and then I threw up most of the water. Bummer! Back to the tea for me.

This is day five and I am really hungry all of a sudden, and the lemonade is not taking the hunger away like it normally does. Any ideas on this? Do I just ignore the hunger and keep going?
