Re: Winding Down--Is The OJ Necessary?

I think aside from ending a day early that I did follow it to a T. I used the senna tea evening and morning (because I could not keep the salt water flush down) and aside from that drank only the lemonade and some plain water at times. I tried to work out but did not have the energy in the mornings, so just some brief workouts in the evening occasionally. I also got some more rest than usual, taking naps on the weekend in the afternoon.

I am hoping that what I saw being passed was plaque. It certainly seemed to fit the description of what others have said. I would really like to do the liver cleanse but can't organize it this time. Overall I think this was a good experience for a first time cleanse. I lost some weight, my glands shrunk (which I think is good since those are the dumping grounds of the body), and I did not cheat. :-)
