4 large apples, cored and sliced thin
1 stick of butter
½ cup of plain, whole milk yogurt
Maple syrup (optional)
Melt the butter in your skillet and add the apples. Saute on low heat till apples are slightly brown. Remove from heat and place in bowls or one large platter. Spoon the yogurt over the apples, mixing it in as it softens from the heat of the apples. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired. Serves 6-8.
