Since I'm on an anti candida/ parasite diet, I can't have anything sweet. Altough I sometimes feel like drinking a cappuccino or something hearty instead of drinking tea all the time.
Yesterday I made "hot chocolate" which consisted of rice milk, carob powder and stevia.It was so nice, it tasted like real hot chocolate to me!
Also, when I feel like eating something sweet, like a porridge, I just cook the grains and mix carob powder with extra virgin olive oil and I have chocolate spread! I put it on the porridge after it cooled down.
