Need Help-Where to Buy Dr. Clarks equipment

My Dear Friends,

We will be leaving for Dr. Clarks clinic in two weeks and I just learned they may not have the following equipment. Would you know where I can buy the following?

Zapper A5 (syncro Zap with timer)
Zapper L-1
Zap plates
copy maker (Exp. #96)
Syncrometer

I would appreciate. I am getting concerned that they are not set up or organized to help my Barb. Hope you can shed some insite to this. Its a lot of money to pay up front to the clinic that may not have the tools necessary for me to assist my wife.
