the flush you did is more tasty then the Hulda's flush, but Hulda's recipe is considered safer for people experiencing chronic pain.

Actually, the main advantage of Hulda's recipe is Epsom Salt, 2 tbsp that are suppose to be taken with water before drinking olive oil.

Those 2 tbsp of Epsom Salt can make a huge difference for people who suffer chronic pain.

Also, you should take daily 1 teaspoon of Epsom Salts with juice.
EVERY DAY!

It helps prevent pain, and it helps liver and gallbladder function.


Also, watercure daily! Unrefined salt only in diet.
Avoid Foods-That-Kill!

Increase consumption of Foods-That-Heal!


Use herbs for liver and gallbladder - cholagogue, antiinflammatory and antispasmodic herbs.

And keep flushing - every 14 or even every 7 days, if your kidneys are strong.
