Please don't panic. The hives are a sign that you body is try to clear things out faster than your body can expell them. I have had a similar experience and worried about it for a while. Over time the hives will subside as your cleansing continues. Perhaps doing the more agressive cleansing (liver/gallbladder) will be more effective at expelling the toxins.
I am a very experienced insomniac. I have had sleeping trouble for over a year. You will be amazed at how well you can manage without sleep. You feel like crap, but you wont go crazy. As long as the sleep deprivation is not intentional, your body has mechanisms that will allow it to capture sleep and rest in fits and starts if necessary. A couple of sleep recommendations:
Eat a small amount of protein at dinner and eat a carb snack before bed. Will help raise serotonin.
Consider taking melatonin and or GABBA before bed
Stay awake until you are tired enough to sleep. Increasing sleep pressure will force your body to sleep harder/deeper.
Consider taking the serotonin precurser (5htp)
There are other things you can do. Try the above out. Hang in there. It will get better.
