Yeah, pilates is pretty popular here in England and callenetics too but less so. I did about six lessons of Raqs Sharqi but my lessons stopped and i've been bad in not keeping up on my own. But I've been recommended to do pilates so I'm really going to try that - I'll let you know what it's like (I think it works your "core" muscles -tummy and back more specifically than yoga). You might want to try just yoga - I think if you do more callenetic stretch reps they might just make you more bulky, they're so specific to the muscle.
