take things one step at a time. I know there's a lot of info out there, take your time sifting through it. Try adding one "good" new recipe to your meal plan at a time - once you have a recipe down so it's easy, then challenge yourself with another. Good health is a process which happens slowly, so as long as you know that that's where you're headed, you're on the right path. There's no need to beat yourself over the head. When you look back three months from now, or six months, or a year, you'll see how far you've come. And that's the other thing, getting healthy is more noticeable when you look back than when you look forward since your "prize" is a slowly improving sense of general wellbeing.
If it takes you a year to switch to 80% good and 20% "bad" food, then you will have moved forward a great deal in that year.
and take your time with the cleanses and cures too, only do what feels right, and when it feels right. It can take a year of just being on a good diet before you feel ready for any of that stuff, and that's fine - all the more time to read up on things and make up your own mind. It's your body.
