Now I really have to try the EVCO & fresh pineapple! And I'll have to try the tea idea too.
Re the coconut milk, I just bought a can (Thai brand I think) & used part of it in a recipe. I took what was left & used it instead of milk in my coffee (gee I wish I could give that coffee up too). It was good. So I'm definitely going to start using the milk too & the milk would be nice in smoothies too.
