I am on a Candida diet right now. So I am not eating any fruits because of the Sugar content. I am just eating Chicken/Eggs/Lightly steamed veggies( raw green& red peppers/ spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, green beans). I am also eating nuts ( almonds and walnuts and sometimes cashews ). what else can I eat? Dont have too many choices out here:(. I use Olive oil currently. Coconut Oil just caused too much trouble.
