My temp was very low. ~95 deg F. I just told everyone I am a "cool" person.
When I found that a sluggish thyroid can lower the body temp. I wanted to do something abt it.
I found abt coconut Oil, and started consuming it. ( 3-4 tbsp with my meals)
And, in one week ( I am not exaggerating), my always low temp, began to rise. It is normal now. Sometimes it is ranges from 98.2 - 98.6 deg F now. I must say I could not beleive the thermometer. So I am really SOLD by this coconut oil thing. I was consuming Olive-Oil before and had no health improvement.

I am now shaking off that "low fat mentality". Halthy Fats are good for you.

I sometimes still feel chilly in my hands and feet. But am working on it. It's been just 10-12 days since I have been consuming it. So coconut oil is one change which we must make ASAP.
