Thanks for answering my msg. I looked up the Weston Price Foundation site and the experiment to reach their conclusion. The experiment was done in Viet Nam in 1996. For myself, this does not hold much credability. I don't know of any tests in America or Europe that agree that coconut is good for you. Rather, the tests run in America or Europe say coconut is bad for you arteries. It may taste wonderful (I don't know, I haven't tasted it, but I love coconut). I wish it was good for me, I would use a lot of it! I am trying to keep my arteries from being plugged up so I can live longer and not be taken out of this life prematurely. I want to see my grandchildren grow up. Enough of that.
