My problem is water retantion more than fat actually. I'm not overweight, but I would like to have thinner legs. I don't think my problem is really accumulation of fat. It's difficult to explain but it seems that is I go on a diet, my clothes start becoming looser especially from the waist down, but to do that I really have to starve myself. When I star eating a bit more even if it's in moderation and still very healthy I swell up again. I think this is due to accumulation of water and not fat. I don't know if this makes sense but if anybody has an idea or any advise please let me know.
