Hi i would just like to point out the obvious to you...Noone can control or have an effect on you without your conscent...You are your own person.You have to deprogramme yourself from your childhood,in childhood you relied on her as a parent and so their was little you could do to escape from anothers view, you are not there now and she can only effect you if you let her so stop letting her effect you.If need be dont have verbal communication and let her know you dont want to know.It isnt about her being psychic its about you showing her where your boundaries are..and when she steps on your boundary you let her know you wont tolerate it..the only thing you or anyone can ever do is change how you react...when you change your reaction to show you are not taking what she is giving you she will stop,you have been playing in her game just stop playing and there is no game...

She isnt stopping you from living your life you are allowing her to.You are in control of yourself always just remember that.If you dont want to hear it...you are able to walk away at any time.You are able to put the phone down.You are able to not be around her if need be.If you do this with as little or no explanation everytime this starts she will stop doing it...Its a long process nothing is ever easy but if you are determined as you are to take back your life then its already on it way... There is no need for guilt you owe nothing,see it as valuing yourself and your needs.....peace and love.. Tweet
