There is no pain but mostly anxiety. The first time you drink the oil/juice coctail you almost say good-bye to everybody, that's how scary it is sometimes. :))
You lay down and start waiting for pain, acute and sudden or growing and.. nothing happens! You feel maybe a bit of "needles" very light pinching in rib area but that's about it. Your intestines will produce a lot of funny and loud noices though so don't be surprised or alarmed.
If you follow Hulda's protocol before,during and after "the flush day" you will be just fine! Tweet
