Re: How painful is the liver flush?

Congratulations on wanting to try the liver flush.
I, myself took quite along time to decide whether i should give this a try, because i also was worried about what would happen.
Then some prompting from my son helped and i just did it.
I've only done one so far and i cannot wait to do my 2nd.
I was one of the lucky ones and had absolutely no problems at all. It went off very smoothly. I felt wonderful afterwards and still feel good.
Just seeing all the different things that come out from the flush is enough for me to keep doing it.
