Hello there! I am on day 3 of MC. I drink 6 lemonades a day which I prepare as guided: 1/2 a lemon, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup grade C, 1/10 tsp of cayenne pepper then I put as much water as I can fit in the jar around 500 ml, which is in American mesure I think around 16 OZ.
Is it wrong to put as much water as that. Please note that I don't drink any other water during the day, maybe a couple of herbal teas.
I live in the UK and was unable to find the laxative tea (senna or any other) therefore I ordered via internet the tablets of senna. Is it ok to replace the tea with the tablet?
What happens to our muscles when we do MC? Do they waste away as we don't intake any form of protein?
