it worked for me(acne)

I made a lot of things I really don't know wich really helps me but anyway this is all I made

*vitamin A
*vitamin C( the juice of lemons is just perfect)
*complex B(all b vitamins in one I think)
*diuretic products there are tee, syrup
*not sugar, this is important
*a lot of water 2 liters at day al least at the begining is a little hard to get used to but later your own body makes you need water
*get your skin clean there is an AVON soap is good and an AVON gel for nights but I thing other brands may work too
*vegetables and fruits there is a vegetable that is really good for your skin "celery" or apio in spanish
*herbal tee instead of normal tee and, I'm not drinking coffe I had read makes the acné worst
*and I'm sure this will help you "NOT MORE VIDEO GAMES" because the video games produces stress and this makes your Acne worst(it's true).try not to be stressed just relax
*exersice or anything make you sweat
*not hair gel
*soya milk because it have a lot of aminoacid
*if you use makeup be sure there are fat free
