additionaly, the avoidance of dairy is usualy specific to that which is considered mucus producing. Milk, cream, cheese, butter. Eggs are generaly considered OK, but the whites are very high in a protein which is very "clogging" to the system. the main problem with dairy at the current time as I see it is the overpasturization of all products until all positive enzyme activity is killed. someday, this country will have to start allowing good quality controlled non pasturized milk back into our diets. until you are able to get such products, its best to avoid dairy and seek supplementation elsewhere.
refined foods are esentialy processed foods. (white flour and sugar, oils that have been bleached, or pressed under high heat etc). general rule, unrefined is more pure.
