  Either you feel happy or you don't. If you feel unhappy because of the way other people are, you carry a judgment in your heart about a part of yourself that you a not really aware of until you become emotional about it. It is very easy to feel compassion for nice people, but the real test for compassion comes when we face angry, unkind people. Anger can only be triggered in you if you have anger in you. So another person comes along who does something annoying and you become upset and angry. In reality, through you don't become angry because of his action, but because it brings up in you something a previously experienced frustration that was never resolved.

  I had taken 8 years of antibiotics for acne (tetracycline). I now know that antibiotics deplete your magnesium, and B12, and pours toxins into the body… All of which can cause depression…  So by the time I was 18 years of age I was on antibiotics and Birth Control pills for extreme menstrual cramps… I've also learned that this difficult cramps proves that I was high in estrogen and that Birth Control pills were not the answer and only added to the problem…

• Big Globs of Tan Stones by christi
  I just did my 4th flush two days ago and did the second dose of oil/grapefruit the next day. I got a ton of chaff and a good amount of green stones.
