yes im eating a lot of vegetables(if you could tell me wich vegetables are better please) and 2 or 3 fruits and no bread no nothing with flour for breakfast i eat millet in grains not proccesed and linseed with water no Sugar at all but im eating meat i try to not eat to much just 2 pieces at day mostly chicken and cow and like 2 liters of water all this per day
and to buy natural vitamins i can find one supplement so complete
and another thing i dont do any physical exercise just go to the university and to home thats bad right? but i dont know what to do
and the yogurt is good or bad for acne?????
