hi my diet consist in:
breakfast: millet or quinoa in whole grains, linseed with water and one apple(no sugar)
at the midle of the day: an apple and water
for the luch at 2:30pm or 3:00pm: a piece of meat(cow,chicken)its better to eat fish? because i can eat it but i don't know if its better and it would be a sweet water fish not sea fish. and potatoes not fried , and salad (lettuce) i heart tomatoes are bad for Acne so i dont eat them, rice and water.
in te afternnon: a drink linseed with water(no sugar) and mijo or quinoa and a fruit, salad(spinach, broccoli) and with the salad some potatoes not fried ( the potatoes make the Acne worst???)
dinner: a piece of meat ,potatoes, rice, salad (lettuce) and water
i eat this almost everyday the wekkends may change a little
it's ok? or i should change something???
please any advice will help me
