Skin Peel?

Please could someone advise me as to the effectiveness for a chemical peel to help my moderate acne.
What type is best for ASIAN skin?

I've tried every medication under the sun for over nine years.
I am a male aged 35 and live in the UK.

I once had a single session of laser treatment to remove my beard hairs. Unfortunately my skin reacted to it quote badly and came up in really bad spots. However a few months down the line, and a year later the skin on my beard area is free from acne.

Any help appreciated.
