Wow, I'm so excited for you! Often, and actually usually, it takes 2 weeks to 2 months to see significant changes like you've seen. Did you change supplements at all or was it just the dietary changes?

About the quinoa, it is "neutral" in my mind. I don't think it has gluten. But it's not as beneficial as millet. I don't know what mijo is. ???
