Plenty suggestions out there.. I am overwhelmed to filter them out.. Eh, I think I am addicted to fatty food now since I have eliminated them for like six to seven months.. Now I have learned that fat is good for me.. So i add them to my diet. Oh lord now. Its a main in my diet now. Also, I read from westonaprice.org that fat is SUPERB healthy food to add to one's diet. Hmm..
What is wrong with red meat? because of saturated fat?
