First of, get rid of all sugars from your diet - this includes refined sugar, sodas, white rice, fruits... Eat boiled veggies, salads, drink lots of water, eat a few garlic pods a day ( or you can take the garlic supplements, if the odor bothers you). Also avoid all oils, margarine, dairy. Try it for 4-5 days and see if you see any difference to your skin. This will convince you that your diet is the cause of most acne.
