hi im eating two apples and strawberries every day
for about a month and my skin is really better maybe its because i dont consume refined Sugar anymore not bread and not milk
im also drinking soya powder with water integral rice and just chicken meat.
my skin improved 70%
but are you doing any phisical exercise???
because i think it makes it worst maybe is just coincidence but when i exercise myself and i sweat more pimples comes out does anyone knows if the sweat is bad for acne? please
