A few recipes...


Here are a few recipes for you I created inspired by other people. This foods help acne, healing and overall health.

Simple and nourishing:

I.

- Yogurt (choose Probiotic ones, I use Bifidus Essensis)
- 1 tsp of Fish Oil (or you can use 2 or more Tbsp of Flax S.Oil)

I take this every single morning. The yogurt benefits your intestines and emulsifies the oil for better absorption.

II.

- Fresh Orange Juice (about 8 oz)
- 2 Egg Yolks (pref. Omega-3 type)
- 2 Tbsp of Olive oil or Unrefined Cold Pressed Flax Seed Oil
- Mix everything by stirring with a spoon, DO NOT use a blender.

The oil adds healhty calories plus it balances the Sugar so it doesn't spike your insulin levels. You can add more oil... try other oils too, etc.
