Please Help Dermatologist Needed. London UK.

Please could someone inform me of a decent dermatologist in London, UK. A Doctor who has more than the usual box of tricks which dermatologists use ( Antibiotics , creams etc). I have bad eczema and acne. (35yr old male). I’ve tried everything and am suicidal.

I have seen so many but to no avail.
