Oil production is linked to diet and nutrition. Lack of balance leads to excess sebum production which is the oil you see on the surface. A return to natural balance will make the oil vanish. Consider including seeds like flax seed, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in your diet. While pumpkin and sunflower seeds may be eaten as is, flaxseeds may be ground in a coffee grinder and added to cereal or salads or frutis and eaten. A good book to read is "Fats That Heal Fats That Kill" by Udo Erasmus. You will find it in your local library.
