Acne scars

Okay, here's a quick question...

Is there any way to get rid of Acne scars from past breakouts?
I don't have much money, so I don't know if I could see a doctor, so I was wondering if there were any at-home treatments that I could buy that *actually work*.

Also, does health insurance cover getting rid of Acne scarring?

And, if there really isn't any at-home treatments that *really* work, and if health insurance doesn't cover it, what is the most inexpensive yet effective procedure that I could use, so I can start saving up now?
