Thanks for the reply, I am actually a bit confused about the choice of Vitamin E to use. Could you confirm that the one I got from Puritan's Pride (in my posting) is the right one? In your other posting (//www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=83&i=347), you mentioned that "natural vitamin E capsules containing (d-alpha plus beta,gamma and delta tocopherols". The one I got labeled 100% natural but doesn't mention anything about beta, gamma and delta.
I didn't eat anything other than the one I listed in my posting, I cook mostly by steaming, the only "wrong" thing I could think of is the potato and carrot, I didn't peel them deep enough, maybe.
I am planning to limit my diet for next week to only brocolli, cauliflower, egg white, brown rice and pearl barley with some canned tuna at lunch. I tried, if I steam them well in the morning, I can eat them warm without microwaving. Anyway, I am hanging in there and determined try this for 3 months. Hopefully, my experience could help someone else.
